Raspberry Chicken

Rasberry preserve BBQ Chicken


I rocked this recipe I found in an old dusty stack of Women's World magazines. Yep.


You will Need:

3 lbs Skinless Chicken Pieces

1 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Oregano, Dry
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Raspberry Preserves
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar

425 Degree Oven

In small bowl, mix together the Chili Powder, Oregano, Garlic Powder and Salt.

In another small bowl, mix together the Raspberry Preserves, BBQ Sauce and Vinegar.

Rub Spices on Chicken and bake for about 25 minutes, brushing chicken with Sauce the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Turn off oven, Remove Chicken, Brush with rest of sauce, Turn on Broiler and Broil Chicken for about 5 minutes or until Brown and Glazed looking.
