Black Bean Soup

It's Black bean soup. I first found this recipe on recipezaar.com. Where are they now?  I do not follow the way they make it. I'm just lazy and They won't eat the onions and peppers. This is my method. If you don't like it, try Theirs out. It's good either way. But really now, they're just Beans!

What you will need:

2 1 Lb 11 oz Cans Black Beans

4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Cayenne ( Ground Red Pepper)

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 Hickory Liquid Smoke

*Additions: Cheese, Onion, Sour Cream

Place 3 Cups Water and 4 Bouillon Cubes in pot, Rinse 1 Can of Beans and put in pot. Rinse other can of beans and put into blender with 1 cup of water, blend keeping it kinda chunky, pour into pot, Stir in vinegar, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, salt and liquid smoke. Cook on medium low heat till thickened.

Serve sprinkled with cheese, onions and sour cream.
