Spicy Fried Chicken
One Word: Tabasco!

I was in a bind as to what to make for dinner and this is what I found Online at echickendrumstickrecipes.com, This will be my go to recipe for fried chicken from now on!

This is what you need:

2 Pounds Chicken

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce

1 3/4 Cups Flour

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Pepper

And about

3-4 Cups Olive Oil ( or any cooking oil)

Heat oil in large pan.

Beat eggs and Tabasco sauce together, set aside for dipping the chicken in.

Mix together the flour and spices.

Dip chicken in egg then in flour, making sure they are covered fully.

Deep fry in medium heated oil until brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.

This Picture Cracks Me UP! Actually what I really think makes this burger so special is the Hot Pepper Sauce Mayo. Oh Man!

The Idea for this came from Sargento Cheese.

What I did and What you need for this:

1 Pound Ground Beef

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (or 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce)

8 Sour Dough Bread Slices

4 Onion Slices

8 Slices of Cheese ( It calls for 6 slices of Swiss Cheese, cut in half. I didn't have any, so I used 1 slice of American and 1 slice of Provolone)

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

4 Portabello Mushrooms ( I wish I had some of these, but I didn't.)

Mix together Soy Sauce and Ground Meat. Shape into Patties. ha ha.

Mix together the Mayo and Hot Pepper Sauce, spread Lightly on bread slices.

Cook Hamburgers, Onions and Mushrooms, If using, on oiled grill over medium hot coals for 4 minutes, flip add cheese and cook for another 4 minutes.  Grill bread until toasted on both sides. Spread with rest of Mayo Mixture top with onions, mushrooms and Burger.

Well.... This was reallysomething different! And I know it looks Fried, but it's not. So if your family is always complaining that you're making the same thing everyday, put on your coconut bra and your grass skirt and set this on the table!

This is a Wendy Smith Runner up Recipe I clipped from a Taste of Home Mag.

What you need:

350 Degree Oven

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

1 Can 14 0z Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/3 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut

1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom

6 Firm Bananas, cut in half, lengthwise

6 Cups Cornflake Crumbs

5-6 Pounds of Chicken Pieces

3/4 Cup Melted Butter, divided

*Optional: Fruit, like kiwifruit or something all tropical like!

Blend together the milk, condensed milk, lemon juice, coconut and cardamom until smooth, pour into bowl, set aside for dipping.
First, dip the bananas in milk mixture, then roll in cornflake crumbs. Place into a Greased 9x 13 baking dish.
Second, dip the chicken in the milk mixture, roll in cornflake crumbs. Into a second greased baking dish, place the chicken.
Drizzle with 1/2 a Cup of the melted butter. Bake both uncovered for about an hour or until chicken is done. Drizzle with remaining butter.
Arrange bananas and chicken together. Enjoy!

Arroz Mejicano (Mexican Red Rice)

Peas and Carrots. Why, Minute Rice Why?

What you Need:

1 1/2 Cups Minute Rice (What other? I don't know...)

1 Small Onion ( Hehe...)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 1/4 Cups Chicken Broth

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced

1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce

1/4 Tsp Salt and Pepper

1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peas and Carrots

Cook onion and rice in hot oil for about a minute. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to Boil, cover. Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes.

Beef and BeanTostada

Hahahaha! Thank you Old El Paso!

What you need:

1 Lb. Ground Beef

Taco Seasoning Mix plus 3/4 Cup Water ( If you want, I don't like it, I season the meat myself with just salt and pepper!)

Tostada Shells (Prepackaged it you like, I just fried mine flat in some Olive Oil till crispy)

2 Cans Refried Beans, warmed up

*Optional: Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomato, Shredded Cheese, Taco Sauce, Salsa...Whatever....

Cook your meat with the taco seasoning according to its package or just cook your meat the way you want.

Spread each shell with beans then meat and of course cheese and your favorite toppings. Serve with  arroz-mejicano-mexican-red-rice  Eat. Yep. Good.


Stuffed Shells Florentine

 From a page I ripped out of a Food Digest Magazine, I'm guessing this is a Prego sponsored recipe. It was tasty, but somewhat bland, cheesy? Yes, and pretty good for picky eaters! Enjoy!

What you need:

350 Degree Oven

1 Cup Ricotta Cheese

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Egg

10 Ounces Frozen Spinach, Cooked and Well Drained.

1/2 Tsp Oregano, Crushed

1/4 Tsp Salt

12 Jumbo Shells, Cooked according to package.

1 Jar (15 oz., 1 3/4 Cups) Spaghetti Sauce

Slightly beat egg, mix in the cheeses, spinach and spices until well blended. Spoon mixture into shells, about 3 Tbsp per shell.

Pour half of sauce on bottom of pan, place stuffed shells in pan (stuffed side Up!). Pour rest of sauce over shells, cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes or until Hot.


Walnut Cake

Mmmmmmmm...... A Simply Delicious recipe!

What you need:

350 Degree Oven

5 Eggs

1 Cup Sugar

1 Tbsp Water

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts

1/2 Cup Flour

1/3 Cup Cornstarch

2 Tsp Baking Powder

Plus,

1/2 Cup Coarsely Chopped Walnuts

1 1/2 Cups Whipping Cream

1 Cup Applesauce

Some Grated Chocolate

You need 2 bowls. In 1 Large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and water until light and fluffy. Add the finely chopped walnuts.

In the other bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Carefully and slowly sift into egg mixture, blending until smooth.

Pour into greased and floured 9'' springboard pan. Bake Immediately( Or the cornstarch will sink to the bottom) for about half an hour. ( I did not have a springboard pan, so I just put mine into a regular cake pan) Let cool.

Beat whipping cream till stiff, add walnuts to 1/3 of the cream.

Cut cake into 3 layers. (lol, that was not easy!)

Spread bottom layer with half the applesauce, then half the whipped cream with walnuts. Do the same to the next layer. Add top layer, spread with the rest of the whipped cream and garnish with the coarsely chopped walnuts and Chocolate. Watch it disappear quickly!

Crock Pot Smoked Brisket

This was tasty and made the house smell Great! Interestingly good. Make sure you serve it with the pan juices though! Yum! This recipe came out of my Rival Crock-Pot warranty booklet! Ha!

What you need:

A Crock Pot ;p

3-4 Pounds Beef Brisket

1/4 Cup Liquid Smoke

1/2 Tsp Each Onion Powder and Garlic Salt (Celery Salt too if you like!Not me though!)

Lay meat onto tinfoil, pour liquid smoke all over it and sprinkle with seasonings.

Wrap well, fat side up, place in crock pot, cook on low for 8-12 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

Mac N' Cheese

This Creamettes recipe I cut out of an Good House Keeping Magazine years ago! Pretty bland if you ask me. But don't worry! I have other Mac and Cheese recipes just waiting!

what you need:

2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked

1/2 Cup Margarine

3 Tbsp Flour

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

1 3/4 Cups Milk

1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Dry Bread Crumbs, to sprinkle on top.

*Optional: 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion. , I did not use any onion so I added 1/4 Tsp of Onion Powder.

350 Degree Oven

Grease casserole dish with butter.

Cook Macaroni according to package directions, drain.

Melt butter over medium heat, add onions if using, add flour,salt and pepper. Blend in milk and stir constantly until thick.

Add Cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

Combine macaroni to cheese mixture and mix.

pour into casserole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for about 40 minutes.



Chinese Chicken With Sauce

The Sauce, really is what makes this Foster Farm Chicken recipe so tasty!

What you need:

1 Whole Chicken

1 Tbsp Oil

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

3/4 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Ketchup

1 Garlic Clove, smashed and chopped finely

1 Green Onion, sliced

1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

2 Tbsp Water

*Optional : Sesame Seeds, Toasted

Wash and Dry your chicken.

Brown chicken on all sides in oil in a big pot.

Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, ketchup, garlic, onion and red pepper. Pour this mixture over your chicken, cover and simmer for about an hour.

Remove chicken and keep warm.

Blend the cornstarch and water, stir into pan juice and stir constantly until thickened.

Serve Chicken with Sauce. MmmmGood.

*Recipe Note:  Toast Sesame Seeds for about 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven to bring out their "Nut Like" flavor!

Zesty Chicken

Zesty Chicken
This recipe came out of the Foster Farms coupon book! It is meant for BBQing, but I baked it and man! You have got to try it! Was so Good!

What you need:

350 Degree Oven

4 Chicken Thighs

2 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Pepper

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Cup Olive Oil

8 Garlic Cloves, Minced

1/2 Cup Cilantro ( I did not have any, so I did not use any, but Still... This was very good!)

Mix together the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Rub all over chicken. Set aside. ( I put mine in a big bowl. Your going to cover it with marinade.)

Mix together the juice, oil, and garlic. ( Also the cilantro, if your using)

Pour half* over the chicken and refrigerate for a couple of hours. (At least 2)

* I poured all of the marinade on my chicken in a baking dish and baked for about 1 hour, or till done.

If you want to Grill:

Keep half of the marinade for basting while you grill. Grill for about 20 minutes per side, basting about every 5 minutes.

Bread Dough Pizza

Mmm Pizza....

Bridgeford Frozen Bread dough.  Interestingly Good. Really, and the thing is, you can put whatever you want on it! I just wish I would have made more because one loaf equals about a medium sized pizza!

What you need:

450 Degree Oven

1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough, Thawed.

Pizza Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

1/8 Tsp Garlic Salt

1 Tsp Oregano

Olive Oil

*Optional
Pepperoni, Onion, Mushrooms, Sausage, Peppers, Ground Beef, Canadian Bacon, pineapple, etc. Whatever you want! (Might need to bake a little longer though)

Grease cookie sheet (or pizza pan if you have one)

Stretch dough out to fit ( at least 12'')

Spread olive oil on dough, sprinkle with seasonings and spread with pizza sauce. Cover with cheese and toppings.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

P.S. If you want a thicker crust, let dough rise for an hour in a warm place first and bake in a 425 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. :)

This To Beg For Chicken is Fabulous! I mean it, I will make this again and again! Oh Yeah! Yum!

You will need:

375 Degree Oven

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 Cup Breadcrumbs

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

1 Tsp Tarragon

1/2 Cup Butter, divided ( My advice to you is to use Real Butter!)

1 Cup Water + 2 Bouillon Cubes or 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth and 1/2 Cup White Wine

*Optional

1/2 Large Onion, chopped

1 7oz Can Mushrooms

My family will not eat this! But adding the onion and mushrooms is a Must for this dish!

Mix the breadcrumbs and spices.

Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.

Brown chicken in 1/4 Cup of Butter. Place in baking dish.

Add onions and mushrooms with rest of butter to hot pan and cook until onions are "tender".

Add water and Bouillon and bring to boil, pour around chicken.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or till chicken is done.

Onion Soup Chicken Breast

This was horrible! But, It might have been the soup mix I used, I don't know. It called for Campbell's Dry Onion Soup mix with Broth. Well I didn't have that. I used Onion Brand Recipe onion soup mix and added a cube of chicken bouillon. lol...

So anyways...

You will need:

400 Degree Oven

1 Pouch Dry Onion Soup Mix  ( with broth, or get the Campbell's w/broth if you can find it. Or Add a bouillon cube,like I did.)

2/3 Cup Dry Breadcrumbs

Dash of Pepper

1 egg and 2Tblsp water mixed, for dipping the chicken in.

2 Tbsp Melted Butter or Margarine

5-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Crush together the soup mix, breadcrumbs, pepper and Bouillon cube.

Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in crumbs.

Place on baking dish, drizzle with butter and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.




Smoked Sausage Stir Fry

Smoked Sausage Stir Fry
Inspired by a  Hillshire Farm Recipe. This is such a flavorful meal and so easy and good. Oh, and when it says to "Serve Immediately" Do it! My cheese stuck to the bottom of my pan!

You will need:

11/2 Cups Rice ( Cooked and kept Warm)
1-2 Lbs Smoked Sausage
3 Cups Vegetables (I used a bag of frozen mixed with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Seasonings - I just used salt and pepper

Saute the vegetables till tender, add sausage and cook till warmed through. About 15-20 minutes.
Mix in 1/2 Cup of the cheese, And
Serve Immediately! Over the rice and sprinkle with rest of cheese.

Cut Out Sugar Cookies

All Dressed Up For Halloween!

You will need:

2/3 Cup Shortening
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Orange Peel, Grated
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
4 Tsp Milk
2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt

375 Degree Oven

Greased Cookie Sheet

Cream shortening, sugar, vanilla and orange peel. Add egg, blend. Add milk. Sift and mix dry ingredients until well blended together.

Divide dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Roll out and cut out your desired shapes.

Bake for about 6-8 minutes. Let cool.
 
 

Black Bean Soup

It's Black bean soup. I first found this recipe on recipezaar.com. Where are they now?  I do not follow the way they make it. I'm just lazy and They won't eat the onions and peppers. This is my method. If you don't like it, try Theirs out. It's good either way. But really now, they're just Beans!

What you will need:

2 1 Lb 11 oz Cans Black Beans

4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Cayenne ( Ground Red Pepper)

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 Hickory Liquid Smoke

*Additions: Cheese, Onion, Sour Cream

Place 3 Cups Water and 4 Bouillon Cubes in pot, Rinse 1 Can of Beans and put in pot. Rinse other can of beans and put into blender with 1 cup of water, blend keeping it kinda chunky, pour into pot, Stir in vinegar, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, salt and liquid smoke. Cook on medium low heat till thickened.

Serve sprinkled with cheese, onions and sour cream.





Garlic Sauced Chicken

Oh My Gosh the sauce for this is amazingly Good! Yum! I almost halved the recipe, but glad I totally messed up and followed the recipe for 12 pieces changed my mind.

This is what I did to the Zacky Farms recipe #1105:



You will need:

4 Skinless Chicken Thighs

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 carrots, big ones ( I wish I used more like 4)

10 Garlic cloves, cut in half

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Pepper

1 Can Chicken Broth

2 Bunches of Fresh Spinach, If you want as a side.


Cook Chicken in oil, about 10 minutes, till brown on all sides. Add the garlic and carrots. Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove Carrots and Chicken, set aside, keeping them warm. Continue to cook the garlic a few more minutes, uncovered, add the salt, pepper and broth. Bring to a boil, then cook till the broth mixture is reduced by half. Cook spinach * Place chicken on spinach, if desired. Blend broth and garlic mixture in a blender till smooth. Serve over Chicken.

* To cook your spinach, if your making it, just put the spinach in a pan, covered over medium heat till its all wilty, just a few minutes.


Ranch Style Hamburger

 Big, Thick, Juicy and Delicious!

Got this Ranch Rub Recipe off the Package of Hamburger Meat. I know, right?

You will need:

2 Lbs Hamburger Meat ( I used 80% Lean, 20% Fat)

Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns

Creamy Ranch Dressing

2 Tsp Paprika

2 Tsp Dry Thyme

1 1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp  Pepper

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Ground Red Pepper

Form meat into patties. Press spice mixture onto patties.(Next time I make these, and I will because they're good, I'm going to just mix the spice in with the meat, Hmm?) Place onto BBQ over Medium Ash colored coals, covered, for about 15 minutes, depending on how you want your meat cooked, flipping halfway through cook time.

* Add Cheese if you want. Also serve with Onions, lettuce and tomato. Or whatever you like.

Microwaved Pickle Juice Chicken

I don't know what to say about this Zacky Farms recipe. I would never have thought to microwave chicken in pickle juice! But I must honestly say this was really good!

You will need:

4-6 Chicken Thighs, dry ( I peeled the skin off mine)

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Mustard

1/2 Cup Pickle Juice

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

Mix mustard and brown sugar, coat the chicken with it, place chicken into microwavable dish. Pour the pickle juice in, careful not to pour it on the chicken.

Cover with wax paper and Microwave 18-22 minutes or until chicken is done. (that is, if your microwave automatically turns, if not stop and rotate your dish halfway through cooking)
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

Roasted SunFlower Seed Chicken

If you make this, Take the skin Off! I rolled my chicken in the seed mixture under and on top of the chicken and I had Soggy Seeds underneath! Ugh! Other than that, Man... O'...Live...This was Good!

Zacky Farms #1098 Sunshine Chicken Crunchsticks. Done My Way! With Thighs! Hahaha!

You will need:

14 Drumsticks.... What? Wait. No.

4 Chicken Thighs

1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

1 Cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds, Ground

1Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Paprika

1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 plus 1/4 Tsp Pepper

1 Large Beaten Egg

2 Tbsp Melted Butter

375 Degree Oven

Mix the breadcrumbs, sunflower seeds and spices in a bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in seed mixture, place in baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.  Cook for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Yum and Oh yeah:

Yogurt Mustard Sauce.
Mix together 1 Cup Plain Yogurt with 2 Tbsp Brown Mustard. ( I was so hot in the kitchen, I forgot to make this, so I just ate the yougurt for lunch the next day!)

Reworked this recipe from a Grandma's Kitchen recipe. Measurements in italics are for the full recipe.

What you need:

1 Pre-Cooked Store bought Chicken     (4 Cups)
    *You might want to get 2 or make your own, I barely got almost 3 Cups)

1/2 Can Cream of Chicken Soup            (1 Can)

1/4 Cup Milk                                           (1/2 Cup)

1/2 Cup Sour Cream                                (1 Cup)

1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese, divided          (1 Cup)

4 Canned Biscuits                                     (6)

* Additions, If you want. I left them out because my family Will Not Eat It!

1/2 Large Onion  (Cook onion till tender in 1/2 Tsp Butter)
1/2 Cup chopped Pimiento

350 Degree Oven.

Mix together the chicken, milk, sour cream, and soup (Plus the onion and pimiento, if your using).

Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, take out of oven sprinkle with about 3/4 cup of the cheese and put biscuits on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake another 20 or so minutes or at least until the biscuits are brown.



Almond Chicken

What you will need:

4 Lg Chicken Thighs

1/2 Cup Ground Almonds
2/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
1    Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 Tsp Each; Onion Powder, Salt,Garlic Powder and Pepper

1/2 Cup Buttermilk

325 degree oven.

Rinse and dry chicken
Combine seasonings with almonds and breadcrumbs in bowl.
Dip chicken into buttermilk, then into seasoned mixture, coat heavily.

Bake  about 1 1/2 hours or until chickens done.

One Bowl Banana Nut Bread

What You will Need:

1/2 Cup ( 1 Stick) Butter (real, unsalted)

1 Cup Sugar

2 Eggs

Pinch of Salt

1 Tsp Baking Soda

2 Cups Flour

1/2 Cup Walnuts, Broken into pieces

2-3 Medium sized Ripe Bananas, cut into Bite size pieces

350 Degree Oven

In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar, adding eggs one at a time till creamy.

Sift flour, add to bowl 1 Cup at a time with salt and baking soda till well blended.

Add Bananas and Walnuts, stir together till well incorporated.

Pour into Greased and Floured Loaf pans.

Bake 1 Hour.

Quaker Oat recipe (Minus the Onions in the mix! Sprinkled on top!)




What You Need:

2 Lbs Ground Beef

1 Egg

3/4 Cup Oats

1 Cup Tomato Sauce

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

*Optional - Add or Sprinkle top with 1/4 Cup Onion

350 Degree Oven

Mix everything together, Gently mold into Loaf Pan.

Cook About 1 Hour, Drain, Let sit 5 minutes. Serve.

Raspberry Chicken

I rocked this recipe I found in an old dusty stack of Women's World magazines. Yep.


You will Need:

3 lbs Skinless Chicken Pieces

1 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Oregano, Dry
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Raspberry Preserves
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar

425 Degree Oven

In small bowl, mix together the Chili Powder, Oregano, Garlic Powder and Salt.

In another small bowl, mix together the Raspberry Preserves, BBQ Sauce and Vinegar.

Rub Spices on Chicken and bake for about 25 minutes, brushing chicken with Sauce the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Better than a T.V. Dinner!

I mixed this "Safeway" Brown Gravy Mix recipe Up!

You will Need:

1 Lb. Cube Steak
1 lb. Bacon
1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
1 Cup Water

Cook Meat and Bacon for about 10 minutes on medium heat
Drain fat from pan
In a separate bowl, Mix together gravy mix and water, add to pan
Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Put your plate on a T.V. tray, turn on television and eat in the living room. Movie Night!

You will Need:

6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Envelope Flavored Salad Dressing Mix ( I used Roasted Garlic)

400 degree Oven

Rinse Chicken -Do not dry!
Mix together Parmesan Cheese and Salad Dressing Mix
Coat chicken in mixture
Cook for about 25 minutes

Chicken Enchiladas

Store bought ready made chicken. Smells good. Looks good. Tastes good.

This Mangled Recipe was inspired by Betty Crocker's New Choices.

You will Need:

1 Precooked Store Bought Chicken, Shredded.
1 Can Red Enchilada Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Lime, for Juice
Flour Tortillas
Chunky Salsa - Optional for Top

Preheat oven 350 Degrees
Heat Olive oil in pan till hot, add garlic
Mix together shredded chicken with half the can of sauce ( save other half to pour over top)
And 1/4 cup of cheese
Add chicken mixture to pan, cook till warm
Cover bottom of baking pan with couple of tablespoons of sauce
Squeeze lime juice over chicken mixture and spoon onto tortillas, roll and place seam side down on pan.
Pour sauce over top, sprinkle with cheese
Bake about 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
Serve with Salsa ( If your like normal people. My family will not eat it. I'm surprised they didn't wash the sauce off their chicken!)

Chicken Kabobs

Onion, Pineapple and Chicken on Rice with Broccoli
 Delicious!

So then here's my Hacked up French's Mustard recipe:


You will need:
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 can Pineapple chunks, drained
1 Onion, cut into large chunks
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Brown Rice, cooked according to package

Arrange pineapple, chicken and onion on skewers, anyway you like, season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil on griddle to 350

Cook Kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.

Serve over rice.

 *Optional add ins:
Bell Pepper
Marinade Sauce (2/3 Cup Marmelade, 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard. Used to baste while cooking and as a dipping sauce. My family won't eat it.)
